Perched in the palm trees of the picturesque Patnem beach, our small resort overlooks the Arabian sea.
Inspired by the nomadic way of life, each room is filled with its own sense of style with organic colours and natural materials. Comfy king-size beds and hand woven Indian textiles add to the warm, bohemian atmosphere. A personable space in which to slow down.
Each beach hut provides its own balcony, king size bed, bathroom with hot water, air conditioning and unique furnishings, ensuring the most comfortable experience.

Cancellation Policies
As we are a very small resort, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
Free of charge cancellations are only possible if cancelled at least 60 days in advance before your stay. In any other case your deposit will not be refunded.
The deposit is non-refundable as we may have to turn other guests away.
Non-arrival will result in full payment for your stay.
If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier, we will understand it as cancellation, and you will still be charged for your intended stay.
Rates
Rates are per room per night.
Taxes
All accommodation rates are inclusive of tax.
Check in and check out times
Check in time is 2 pm, check out – 11: 30 am.
Deposit
You will be charged a 100% deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable.
