As we are a very small resort, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
Free of charge cancellations are only possible if cancelled at least 60 days in advance before your stay. In any other case your deposit will not be refunded.
The deposit is non-refundable as we may have to turn other guests away.
Non-arrival will result in full payment for your stay.
If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier, we will understand it as cancellation, and you will still be charged for your intended stay.
In case of defective items in the accommodation please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
This should be reported within 24 hours of checking in to the accommodation.
In case you feel that the accommodation is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service before check-in in to the accommodation. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by Zest Goa, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
