By making a reservation with ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Margao, Goa, India.

Rates
Rates are per room per night.

Taxes
All accommodation rates are inclusive of tax.

Check in and check out times
Check in time is 2 pm, check out – 11: 30 am.

Deposit
You will be charged a 100% deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable.

Special requests
Please note all special requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel.

Early check in
If you are arriving at night or early morning, we advise you to book your accommodation starting with the previous night so you can check in directly after arrival.

Late check out
Check out time is 11: 30 am. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before to see if we can accommodate this. You may leave your luggage with us and use the cafe and facilities.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children of all ages are allowed.
The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and one child; the total number of guests is therefore 3.

Extra bed
Extra bed can be arranged for an extra fee (1000 INR per night). Only one extra bed can be fitted in one room.

Minimum stay
Minimum stay – 2 nights

Parking

We have onsite parking but please let us know in advance if you are arriving by car as we have limited space.

Airport & Transport

Dabolim airport (GOI) is located approximately 1.5 hours’ drive to Zest Palolem.

The new Mopa airport (GOX) is located approximately 3 hours’ drive.

If you require a taxi, please send us your flight details and we can arrange an experienced driver to collect you.

Getting Around

We are happy to help you arrange a scooter, taxi, car rental, tuk-tuk or bicycle for your stay.

Food & Drink

We have Zest restaurant on your doorstep available from 8am-10pm.

A complimentary breakfast is included as well as free mineral water.

Electricity

Power cuts in south Goa can happen occasionally. There may be short times where we have no electricity, but we do have a generator for lighting and fans in the rooms.

Terms and Conditions for Beach Hut Accommodation at Zest Cafe Goa, legal name ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI

**1. Booking and Payment:**

1.1. By making a reservation with ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2. A non-refundable booking deposit of 100% is required to secure your reservation.

1.3. Any additional costs for extra services or remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.

**2. Cancellation Policy:**

2.1. The booking deposit is non-refundable.

2.2. Non-arrival will result in full payment for your stay.

2.3. Free of charge cancellations are only possible if cancelled at least 60 days in advance before your stay. In any other case your deposit will not be refunded.

**3. Check-In and Check-Out:**

3.1. Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 11:30am.

3.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to an additional fee.

**4. Beach Hut Policies:**

4.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

4.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Margao, Goa, India.

**5. Liability:**

5.1. ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI’s liability is limited to the total cost of the booking.

5.2. ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

**6. Amendments:**

6.1. ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

**7. Privacy:**

7.1. ANKESH ANAND BHANDARI collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
